Audio Demo

About the KAOSradio demo track.

"Listening for Signs" was recorded as clips for each snapshot direct from Reaktor 6 in Live 10, each clip was then normalised using RX7.

The chosen few clips were then placed end to end and crossfaded to produce the demo track.

The only processing used was a small amount of eq, compression and limiting using Ozone8 to glue the track together.
KAOSradio was built using Reaktor 6.3.2
A video of KAOSradio is available on YouTube

About KAOSradio

KAOSradio is a shortwave radio style random generator, capable of producing textures from simple drifting ambient drones to more complex modulated interactive soundscapes, using random noise generators and feedback loops that are modified with tracking filters, LFO's and effects.

The KAOS modules each have a unique internal configuration and respond in slightly different ways, adding to the randomness of KAOSradio.

Each module has two outputs, the KAOS output produces random click patterns and the RADIO output produces filter feedback signals.

The RADIO output can be switched to track the KAOS signal.

The KAOS modules are only available as part of the KAOSradio Ensemble.

SIgNs is a non tracking dual Sine-Wave generator, built to add drone tones for the KAOSradio modules.
